Our School
Performers Theatre School was established in Liverpool by our Principals Sam Donovan and Nick Rogers in 2001.
We run weekly classes in drama, dance and singing for children and young people from 2 and 1/2 -19 years old. Classes are kept small to ensure lots of individual attention by our experienced teachers - who have been carefully selected for their enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism. Our teachers also arrange informal sharings of work during the year and your child will also have the opportunity to take part in a variety of shows and performances.
Alongside weekly classes, we also arrange several theatre trips and masterclasses each year. In December 2011, some of our younger pupils went to see Cinderella at the Liverpool Playhouse. Recent masterclasses have included Stage Combat with actors from the Batman Live tour and a casting workshop with an Executive Producer from ITV Drama. Forthcoming masterclasses include a tap workshop with stars of the stage production, 42nd Street and a TV workshop with stars from Hollyoaks.
